2. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS. A data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider, ensuring personal data is processed only on our instructions and in line with the GDPR.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical information (so-called server log files) transmitted by your browser. This includes in particular your IP address, date and time of the request, the page/file accessed, browser type and operating system, and the referrer URL. This data is used exclusively for the technical operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a few days, at the latest after eight weeks.

4. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies, or avoids cookies entirely where possible. No third-party analytics, tracking, font, or map services are embedded.

5. Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your email address exclusively to send information about new music packs and releases. Delivery is handled by our provider Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH). Sign-up uses a double opt-in process: after registering you receive a confirmation email and must actively confirm your registration before you receive any messages. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by emailing us.

6. Payment processing

The sale of digital products (music packs) is handled through the payment provider Gumroad, which acts as Merchant of Record and is independently responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and compliance with consumer-law obligations. As part of order processing, the necessary data (e.g. email address, payment details) is transmitted to Gumroad. As Gumroad, Inc. is based in the United States, this transfer takes place on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to request information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
