Cancellation Policy

Informational translation of our German withdrawal notice; the German version (Widerrufsbelehrung) is legally binding. Applies to the purchase of digital products (music packs) via Musicpackshub, processed through the payment provider Gumroad as Merchant of Record.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Heiko Voigt, c/o IP-Management #10952, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 18, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, email: ian.turner.media@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

3. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have acknowledged that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

5. Note for business customers

Business customers within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code (BGB) do not have a right of withdrawal.
